This networking session will equip CF social workers, as well as other CF disciplines, with the skills and knowledge to build meaningful connections not only with patients, but also with community partners, through interactive activities and discussion while also learning about new CF-oriented resources for CF patients, their caregivers and families.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will identify new CF resources and information to share with patients and families.
  • Establish contacts and networking opportunities with other CF practitioners and community partners.
  • To define the value and functions of networking within the discipline of social work.
