Clinic time for patients, their families, and care team members alike is extremely valuable. The constant struggle is how to make the most of the time available during a clinic visit, and achieve a successful visit for all. This session will explore innovative methods to increase efficiency of the multidisciplinary team to continually execute a successful CF clinic day. A variety of topics will be addressed including pre-clinic meetings, integrating QI into clinic, clinic flow and strategies for tracking guideline recommendations. The session will include Q&A time with the speaker panel to discuss questions and ideas surrounding challenges and opportunities for improvement within clinic appointments.
