This session will highlight care center initiatives focused on improving quality care and health outcomes throughout the lifespan. Topics will range from birth to aging adults and including screening for CF-associated conditions, community partnerships, and innovative approaches to commonly occurring themes.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss common and uncommon cystic fibrosis manifestations that impact long-term care as people with CF (PwCF) grow and age
  • Identify innovative processes that address care across institutions to positively impact health outcomes in PwCF of all ages
  • Identify additional outcomes beyond lung function and nutrition that could affect health and quality of life from childhood to senior PwCF
