This thematic poster session aims to highlight studies envisioning the future of CF care over the lifespan. This session consists of two main parts: poster viewing followed by a moderated discussion. It is designed to engage the authors and the audience in a discussion that ties together ideas from multiple posters in the session.

Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluate effects of CFTR modulator therapy on pregnancy, in infants treated with modulator therapy in utero and in children.
  • Evaluate approaches to diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection, including exhaled breath protein signatures and antifungals in CF related ABPA
  • Discuss long term impacts of CFTR modulator therapies beyond the lungs, including sinus disease and hepatic function. 4. Evaluate roles of preventative care and health care screening tools for CFRD and pancreatic cancer in the post modulator era
