This session will examine three foundational pillars of CF therapies: airway clearance, inhaled mucolytics and inhaled antibiotics for chronic pseudomonas. In the style of a pro/con debate, a panel of experts will debate the ‘pro’ and ‘con’ side of de-escalating these chronic therapies in the era of highly effective modulators.
