Noor Elshaar is a Syrian American humanitarian and global health advocate from Boston, Massachusetts. Noor is a Patient Partner at Boston Children's Hospital, whose lived experience as a post-double lung transplant recipient deeply informs her work advancing equity, compassion, and inclusion in cystic fibrosis care worldwide. Guided by both personal resilience and professional dedication, she strives to bridge gaps in access, amplify patient voices, and inspire a more human-centered approach to healthcare. Noor has spoken and presented at numerous conferences and carries authorship on a number of posters, articles, and medical manuals.
