Stacy Allen

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation/Primary Children's CF Center

Stacy is a mother to two beautiful boys, Jaxson (14) and Evan (11). Evan, her youngest, was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at 5 weeks old. Guided by a strong belief that patients and families should be included in healthcare at every level, Stacy has actively engaged in a number of healthcare initiatives locally in Utah and with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation including: Tri-Chair for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Experience of Care Steering Committee, Utah/Idaho chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Primary Children’s Cystic Fibrosis Clinic’s CFLN Quality Improvement Family Partner, Utah Voices for Children Board, Primary Children’s Hospital Family Advisory Council, Primary Children’s Cystic Fibrosis Parent Advisory Council, Quality Improvement Team Coach, and representing the patient and family voice on multiple CF Foundation and Primary Children’s hospital committees. When not enthusiastically advocating for patients and families, Stacy can be found supporting her active boys in their sports and other activities.
