Stacey L. Martiniano, MD is a pediatric pulmonologist and physician-scientist whose research focuses on improving outcomes for individuals with cystic fibrosis (CF). Her work centers on understanding and managing nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infections in people with CF, including identifying factors that influence susceptibility, diagnosis, and treatment response. In parallel, Dr. Martiniano leads research aimed at improving the timeliness and equity of newborn screening for CF to ensure early diagnosis and access to care across diverse populations. Through her clinical and translational research, she is committed to advancing precision and equity in CF care.
