Ashley A. Severin, LSCSW, LCSW

Children's Mercy Kansas City

Ashley Severin, LSCSW, LCSW is a clinical social worker in the Cystic Fibrosis Center at Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas City. Ashley has over a decade of experience as the clinical social worker and mental health coordinator where she provides comprehensive psychosocial support to pediatric and young adult patients. Ashley has led numerous quality improvement initiatives, contributed to national clinical guidelines, and presented at leading conferences including the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference and the CF Nutrition and Social Work Consortium. Her work emphasizes patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advocacy for equitable access to resources. She is the facilitator and an active mentor in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Social Work Mentoring Program and serves on several national and institutional committees dedicated to advancing CF care and social work leadership.
