Tanner Kowalski

Children's Wisconsin

My name is Tanner Kowalski, PharmD, and I have been a pharmacist with Children's Wisconsin since 2017 after graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. Although primarily involved with outpatient care initially though Children's Wisconsin Skywalk Pharmacy, my role over the years has increasingly shifted to ambulatory care. With assistance from the CF Foundation and key stakeholders within my organization I was able to originate and develop the ambulatory pharmacist role at my center into a sustainable position. In addition to this role I also serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge of Children's Wisconsin Skywalk Pharmacy and work as an ambulatory pharmacist with the Complex Care Clinic.
