Ashley K. Swift, BSN, RN, CCM, is the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program Coordinator at Oregon Health & Science University, where she leads program development, quality improvement initiatives, and patient-centered care for medically and psychosocially complex populations. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland in 2010 and is a nationally Certified Case Manager. She also completed a certificate in Guided Care Nursing at Johns Hopkins. With over a decade of experience in case management, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration, Ashley is recognized for her leadership in advancing innovative strategies to improve health outcomes. She has authored and co-authored multiple publications in the Journal of Cystic Fibrosis and presents nationally on topics including quality improvement, patient engagement, and care delivery models. A dedicated advocate for patient education and mentorship, she is passionate about fostering collaboration to enhance healthcare delivery at both the clinical and systems level.
