Dr. Wooldridge has a passion for taking care of kids with asthma. Both in taking care of kids with asthma and improving asthma care in the community. Dr. Wooldridge utilizes motivation interviewing in working with patients and their caregivers to identify changes they can make to improve their asthma symptoms. She also has a number of tools to help patients understand asthma and improve adherence with their medications. She is the pulmonologist for the Severe Asthma Clinic at Golisano Children’s Hospital. She is completed a Masters in Population Health through Thomas Jefferson University to improve her work on improving asthma outcomes and value based payment contracts.
Throughout her career, she has been a leader of quality improvement teams improving the care of children with cystic fibrosis including multiple publications in this area. She has also been a principal investigator on multiple CF drug studies.
