Lindsay Pappas, MS, RD

University of California Los Angeles

Lindsay Pappas, MS, RD is a registered dietitian with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Cystic Fibrosis Adult and Pediatric Care Centers. Before joining UCLA in 2022, she worked primarily in academic and research settings at the University of North Florida and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Lindsay previously served as an NIH T32 Pre-Doctoral Fellow and is pursuing her PhD in Nutrition Science, focusing on nutrition for individuals with cystic fibrosis in the post-modulator era.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys exploring Santa Monica’s vibrant food scene, walking along the beach, and spending time outdoors with her two golden retrievers, Sadie and Ollie.
