Theresa Alban, JD, MPH

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Theresa Alban, JD, MPH is the Director of Federal Policy & Legal Advocacy at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s federal policy priorities related to patient access and oversees the development and execution of its federal regulatory strategy. A highly effective health policy professional, Theresa brings extensive experience in regulatory and legislative analysis, federal and state-level policymaking, and navigating crosscutting issues impacting agencies such as HHS, DOL, and FTC. She holds a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Public Health with a concentration in health management and policy from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University.
