Ze Chen is a PhD student in Biostatistics at the University of Washington, mentored by Dr. Ting Ye. His research focuses on applying modern causal inference methods to evaluate the real-world effectiveness of CFTR modulators such as Ivacaftor and ETI using the USCFFPR. He's also interested in combining explainable machine learning approaches with longitudinal modeling to improve interpretability and feature selection in high-dimensional medical data.
