I am a fourth-year PhD Student at Emory University in the Molecular and Systems Pharmacology program. Under the guidance of Dr. Nael McCarty, I am using electriophysiology, biochemistry, and computational biophysics to understand the role of cholesterol on the function and structural dynamics of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) protein.
