Heather A. McCauley, PhD

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

Heather A. McCauley, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cell Biology and Physiology at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Her lab uses human pluripotent stem cell-derived intestinal organoids to understand the basic mechanisms regulating intestinal function and for modeling GI disease, including the GI maifestations of CF.
