Allison Massey, BSN, RN, CPN

Ascension Seton SCC; Dell Children's Medical Center

Allison Massey, RN, BSN, CPN is a pediatric Cystic Fibrosis (CF) clinic nurse at Dell Children’s Medical Center (DCMC) in Austin, Texas. She started her nursing career in the NICU caring for the tiniest Texans from 2006-2022. From there, she expanded to care for pediatric CF patients in the outpatient setting. As a Newborn Screen Coordinator, she continues to care for the most vulnerable by identifying and following up with newly diagnosed infants. Allison worked collaboratively on Quality Improvement (QI) projects through the CF Learning Network (CFLN) from 2023-2025 as well as within her own CF team. She has presented posters at NACFC since 2024. Allison received recognition through the DAISY and Excellence in Action (EIA) programs at DCMC. She enjoys hiking and kayaking in the scenic Texas Hill Country with her family.
