Join us for an inspiring and informative session spotlighting the pivotal role of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the care of individuals with cystic fibrosis (CF). Through powerful, real-world case presentations, APPs will showcase their clinical expertise, innovative practices, and deep commitment to relationship-centered care that spans the CF patient’s entire lifespan—from diagnosis to ongoing management.
These cases will highlight how APPs address the complex physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of their patients, offering holistic, individualized care. Attendees will also gain insight into current APP-led research/QI, the support of newly integrated APPs at CF centers, APP’s as leaders in CF Centers and the impact of APP contributions to multidisciplinary teams.
