Carolyn Snell, PhD is an Attending Psychologist in Pulmonary Medicine and Psychiatry at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH), and Director of Psychology for the Pulmonary Division; she is also an Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School. Her research and scholarship focus on promoting adaptive coping in children and adults with CF and other medical conditions, and on evaluating and addressing patient, parent and family stress in chronic illness populations.She has worked with BCH’s Cystic Fibrosis program for the past 9 years, in clinical assessment and treatment as well as research and quality improvement with the CF population.
