UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital
Beth Kaminski, MD is a Pediatric Endocrinologist at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital (RB&C) and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from CWRU School of Medicine and completed her Pediatric Residency at Boston Children’s Hospital. She subsequently pursued a Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship at RB&C, during which she played a pivotal role in establishing the Cystic Fibrosis-Related Diabetes (CFRD) Multidisciplinary Clinic at the Cleveland CF Center at RB&C, where she now serves as Director.
In this leadership role, Dr. Kaminski provides comprehensive clinical care for both pediatric and adult patients with CFRD and CF-related endocrine disorders. With over 15 years of experience in CFRD management, she was among the inaugural cohort of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s EnVision CF program for Emerging Leaders in CF Endocrinology. She remains actively involved in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing CFRD care at the Cleveland CF Center and serves as a site investigator for the CFRD Bionic Pancreas clinical trial.
Beyond her work in cystic fibrosis endocrinology, Dr. Kaminski is deeply engaged in medical education. She serves as the Director of Pediatric Subspecialty Training Programs at RB&C and is the Program Director for RB&C’s Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship Program, where she is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of pediatric endocrinologists.
