Cynthia Johnson, DNP, CPNP-PC

Cynthia C. Johnson, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, NM specializing in pediatric pulmonology, with a focus on cystic fibrosis and asthma. She earned her DNP in 2024 from the University of New Mexico, with prior degrees from Duke University and UNM. Dr. Johnson leads and supports multiple quality improvement projects within the pediatric CF program and currently serves as QI co-champion. She is a LEAPP Fellow through the CF Foundation and the Advanced Practice Clinician board member with the New Mexico Pediatric Society. Her work emphasizes improving care access across New Mexico and advancing clinical outcomes through evidence-based QI initiatives.
