Drew Strube, CSCS

Waukee High School

Drew Strube, CSCS is the strength coach at Waukee High School in the Waukee school district in central Iowa. Drew has led all sports at Waukee high school through their multi-year, progressive stength and conditioning program since 2021. Prior to joining the Waukee school district, Drew served the greater Des Moines community as a trainer and coach in the private sector beginning in 2007. During that time, he worked with individuals ranging from 14-72 years of age following his academic and athletic carreer at Iowa State University. During his undergraduate studies at Iowa State, Drew volunteered with Olympic sports as a strength coach, primarilly implementing structured strength and conditioining programs to Women's Soccer, Women's Track, Volleyball, and Women's Swimming and Diving under the instruction of Rohrk Cutchlow and Andrew Moser. Following the completion of his football carreer at Iowa State, Drew volunteered as a strength coach for the Iowa State Football program under Matt McGettigan and Chris Ruff.

Drew currently resides in Waukee, Iowa with his wife, Jaci and son, Major.
