Stephanie Tang, MS, Graduate PhD Student at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York. My research focuses on alveolar epithelial biology and host defense in the lungs. Specifically, I am investigating the role of CFTR function and the mechanisms that disrupt CFTR activity during pulmonary infections with Influenza and Staphylococcus aureus.
