Meera R. Vijayan, PharmD

Stanford Medicine Children's Health

Dr. Meera Vijayan is a PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Resident at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford in Palo Alto, California. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The University of Oklahoma in 2020 and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a Pediatric Degree Option at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2024. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford in 2025 where she was involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Center through her research.
