Jena Jastrow, PharmD

Children's Wisconsin

Jena Jastrow, PharmD is a Multidisciplinary Care Pharmacist focusing on Cystic Fibrosis and Complex Care at Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. She completed her PharmD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and then completed a PGY-1 residency at Children’s Wisconsin. While also spending time as a Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacist for Children’s Wisconsin, she spends the majority of her time in the ambulatory care clinics. Prior to transitioning to ambulatory care, she was the lead pharmacist in the Emergency Department/Trauma Center for 8 years.
