The integration of formalized surveys into clinic workflow aims to enhance care for patients and families through structured feedback and monitoring. This can be challenging for PwCF and providers alike. This session will discuss best practices and the patient perspective as it pertains to required and recommended formalized screening.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the multidisciplinary model and how it can be adapted to support centers in the implementation of the required and recommended CFF guidelines.
  • Discuss Barriers and Solutions encountered by CF Centers in implantation of the CFF guidelines including resource limitations, staffing challenges, and patient engagement.
  • Demonstrate the patient perspective as it pertains to formalized screening and what best approach may look like from patient to patient.
