With the growing recognition of the complex emotional needs faced by people with cystic fibrosis, this session will explore emerging psychosocial interventions aimed at reducing distress, enhancing coping, and improving quality of life. Presenters will share recent research and clinical innovations in mental health screening, telehealth-based therapies, and group-based support models. Attendees will learn how these approaches can be integrated into multidisciplinary care to support emotional well-being and promote patient-centered outcomes across the lifespan.
