RFPT03--Feeding the Future | Room: Theater B in the Exhibit Hall

This session will feature 8 abstracts geared towards nutritional concerns in the post-CFTR modulator era, including diet quality, body composition, and disordered eating patterns. Presenters will be given the opportunity to succinctly present the essence of their poster data one after another. After the session, questions can be addressed with the presenter by visiting their poster during the open Poster Hall hours.

Learning Objectives:

  • Examine emerging evidence on the chaning landscapee of weight, BMI, body composition and micronutrient status in people with cystic fibrosis across the lifespan, particularly in the context of the post-CFTR modulator era.
  • Evaluate patient experiences, clinical predictors, and quality improvement initiatives that shape dietary management and enzyme replacement strategies in people with cystic fibrosis.
  • Identify practical approaches dietitians can use to optimize nutritional status, support diet quality, and promote long-term health outcomes in individuals with cystic fibrosis.
