W27--LEAPP in the Best Abstracts in Nursing & Advance Practice Providers

This new Workshop session available this year only is structured to highlight the graduating LEAPP fellows in addition to submitted Nursing and APP abstracts. This session will provide the opportunity for the fellows to present their projects in a structured in-person setting at a national level, construct a poster, and discuss with nursing and APP colleagues! The structure of the workshop session is a two- hour abstract & poster focus presentations by LEAPP fellows, APPs and Nursing.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify strategies used to implement evidence-based practices to elevate standards of care in persons with cystic fibrosis
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within interdisciplinary cystic fibrosis care
  • Equip session participants with tools and methodologies for analyzing clinical and outcome data to further improve the quality of care in persons with cystic fibrosis
